Charlie Forsyth

Creative Director

As Creative Director, Charlie finds himself in charge of just about everything involving Duluth Football Club’s image. From social media to game day programs and merchandise, Charlie is involved in both a creative and managerial sense. The work provides Charlie with a dynamic artist outlet, allowing him to express his talents for a club and take advantage of his masters in the field.

Charlie discovered Duluth FC by stumbling upon an article. The article was detailing the club’s move from the local DASL to the American Premier League, and it immediately grabbed his interest. Having known founder Tim Sas through indoor soccer, he volunteered to help make new graphics for the club, and the rest is history.

While his work is behind the scenes, Forsyth has a notable as a history as a player. He helped bring Proctor High School to its first ever state appearance, finished as UW-Superior’s all time leader in goals/assists & points, and even got a try out with the Minnesota Thunder. Charlie began following Manchester United in the mid 90’s, and sites contemporary Red Devil legends like Paul Scholes and Roy Keane as some of his footballing heroes, along with South American greats Carlos Valderama and Ronaldinho.
